We're taking cycling to a whole new level for women cyclist: JUNIORS, beginners and advanced
every cycling season.

We'll be talking about the this years CHICKS CLUB and TEAM.
Our weekly rides, clinics, community involvement and more.
Come join us and learn MORE about Ottawa's ONLY WOMEN'S Cycling Club.
Bring your girlfriends, co-workers and family members.

We will have club information and registration material at the social.
If you plan on registering, please bring a cheque.
We look forward to seeing you and helping you improve your cycling techniques and skills.

Summer 2009 - RIDE SCHEDULE
The Club will start riding Monday May 4.
Below are the types of training, racing, group rides that the club members can participate in during the week. You DO NOT have to participate in ALL the below mentioned rides.

Monday nights- CHICKS Club Technical Rides / CHICKS TEAM training rides
Tuesday night - NRC Crits or OBC Women Time Trials - Team Training
Wednesday night - CHICKS Club Ride with the Women on Wheels group
Thursday night - OBC mens and womens Time Trials
Friday nights - Clinic nights
Saturday and/or Sunday - Club Group Rides
