Mike Bennett, owner, manager and lead bike mechanic for EURO-SPORTS will be the presenter for the clinics, this would be a great opportunity to ask bike and mechanical related questions and learn some helpful bike tips.
OF course a representative from the CycleFit CHICKS will be on hand to help out.

You'll learn everything that YOU need to know, to keep you riding safely all summer long.

How to fix a flat.
How to pump a tire.
How to fix a broken chain.
How to make adjustments to your brakes and gears.

These are some of the every day common occurrences that you could experience while riding your bike anywhere.

Become more confident in your bike maintenance abilities and ride safetly knowing that you'll never be stranded on the side of the road again.

AGENDA:
BEGINNERS CLINIC
9:00 - 10:30 am
In this portion you'll learn through hands-on experience with your bike, so wear old cloths, you will get dirty:
- Basic bike clean-up: Clean & Lube chain and keep bike clean
- Take rear tire off bike
- Change a flat tire
- Patch a flat tire
- Pump up your tire
- Repair a broken chain
- Derailer barrel adjustments (minor)
- Break adjustments

and more helpfull bike repair tips.

ADVANCED CLINIC
10:30 - 12:00 PM
In this portion you'll learn how to micro tune your bike with fine adjustments:
- How to adjust and change break pads.
- Advanced rear and front derailleur adjustments
- Change cables
- Basic wheel truing
- Maintain or change rear and front caset

MUST HAVE ITEMS for your bike kit and learn how to use them during the clinic:

All participants should have these items for the clinic.
EURO-SPORTS will have kit packages prepared for purchase at difference price points, should you need to purchase these items.
