First 8 weeks: 1:15hr, 1:30hr, 1:45hr, 2:00hr
Focus on endurance and perfecting pedal stroke techniques and more
Last 8 weeks: 2:00hr
Focus on strength, power and speed
All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to register, BUT be ready to work HARD, to achieve your cycling goals

Running prior to class: Running prior or after the training class is NOT mandatory, nor is it part of the program. However, for those of you who wish to run before the class, the studio will be open so you may drop off your bags.

MAP ZONE TESTING at CycleFit will be offered to the clients of our 16wk Program.
Dates TBA
If your going to be serious about your training, we highly recommend getting your zones done, in order to train properly in your target HRT rates.
For an additional cost you can get your ZONES tested. This is NOT MANDATORY, however HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Getting tested before and after your winter training is a great way to gauge your fitness progress.
It's a great way to start your training on the right foot and avoid over-training.
